Advantages/Description
Chico Textile has three large factories.
One in Taiwan and the other two are located in mainland China. Each
of the factories has its own production, quality control and R&D
personnel. This set up was designed to meet the growing demands
of that particular market.
The
factories are situated near the seaport and are also close to
nylon manufacturers. All materials are sourced in Taiwan while
production is done in mainland China. Partial production is however
performed in the Taiwan factory. We also have a large and spacious
warehouse to store our commodities.
Materials/Components Nylon 6, nylon 66, and PU resin are all
sourced in Taiwan.
Machinery/Production
Process 30%
of our semi-automated machines are imported while 70% of it are
sourced locally with a total investment of US$4 million.

Newly Established
Manufacturing Plant We
establish our 3rd factory, which is equipped with seven lines of
automatic and semi-automatic computer-controlled equipment. These
are imported in Switzerland. With this new development, it has dramatically
increased our production efficiency and capacity. Thus, enabling
us to offer a more versatile range of hook and loop tapes.
